We serve very good food based on local ingredients.  The food is rustic, arctic cuisine with innovative additions to flavors and taste.  Our head chef is highly skilled at arctic cuisine, but has also worked on some of the best restaurants in the world. While keeping the ingredients local and ecological as much as we can, we also try to add innovative flavors and styles.
